Prepare and present event proposals to clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Oversee project timelines, event details, and task execution.
Provide on-site support and ensure smooth event operations.
Brainstorm and develop creative event proposals and presentations.
Manage a wide range of events (e.g., virtual events, exhibitions, product launches, roadshows, etc.).
Explore and create new business opportunities for the company.
Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Work effectively under tight deadlines.
Requirements
Degree in Events Management or related field, with at least 2 years of event experience.
Proficient in PC skills and MS Office.
Strong problem-solving abilities with good presentation skills.
Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients).
Highly organized, able to multi-task, and comfortable with flexible working hours.
