Senior Executive, Admin Support Services (facilities) [lkcmedicine]

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for rental and occupancy rate of LKCMedicine’s facilities, such as Learning Studios, Seminar Rooms, Auditorium, and etc by external parties
- Responsible for leasing and management of internal and external research spaces
- Manage prospecting or marketing of spaces, conduct viewing of available spaces, site inspections and deliver marketing presentations to prospective tenants and/clients
- Review and propose usage of LKCMedicine’s facilities and by contacting potential customers to develop business opportunities and regular revenue stream
- Monitor the use of LKCMedicine’s facilities and provide regular utilization data update to management
- Build and maintain good tenant relationships to generate referrals and repeat business
- Provide logistics support for the School’s activities, events, and functions
- Manage the rental contract of the F&B outlets
- Manage the rental budget of facilities
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in leasing, lease management and/or property management, and events management
- Possess good writing and presentation skills
- Pleasant personality and customer service oriented
- Responsible, independent, and self-motivated
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and in-house systems
