Provide administrative and office support to ensure smooth business operations, facilities readiness, administrative governance, and executive support functions.
Manage office administration, supplies, vendor coordination, and records.
Coordinate travel, meetings, and logistics.
Support document management, compliance, and filing.
Assist corporate events and staff engagement activities.
Provide executive support to senior leaders.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business/Office Management.
2-5 years' administrative experience.
Strong organisation, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and office systems.
Reporting Line:
Reports to Head of Corporate Services.
