Job Title : Senior Executive Assistant, HR Benefits Operations (Maternity cover)
Job Type : Temp 6 months
Job Location : Jurong East Singapore

Job Responsibilities:
- Administer work injury claims.
- Liaise with insurer and staff on work injury matters.
- Reporting work injury incidents to MOM timely.
- To ensure Key Performance Index and Service Level Agreement are met.
- Issuance of Letter of Guarantee for staffs\' admission to external hospital.
- Handle staff enquiries on claim and LOG matters.
- Any other adhoc duties.
- Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline.
- 3 years of relevant experience especially in healthcare sector (preferred).
- Able to manage high-volume activities and handle data confidentiality.
- Able to work under tight timeline and respond to changing priorities.
- IT savvy and comfortable with the use of Microsoft Excel to handle large amount of data.
- Organized, meticulous and proactive.
- A team player with good interpersonal skills.
