Job Responsibilities:
NUHS Collective Agreement
Support, collate and prepare necessary information for CA negotiation meetings both at MOHH and NUHS levels
Assist to compile updates and discussions on each negotiated items
Liaison with Union, MOH, MOHH, Singhealth and NHG
Whistle-Blowing
Track and follow-up on whistleblowing cases
Ensure the whistleblowing cases are closed within the timeline given
Staff Feedback Channel
Track and follow-up on grievance cases
Ensure the cases are closed within the timeline given
Management of IR and ER cases
Manage and follow up on IR and ER cases
Ensure timely reporting of IR cases by the NUHS Institutions
AI/PB Negotiation
Informal and Formal Meetings
Arrange and coordinate meetings
Questionnaire
Prepare and compile questionnaire with inputs from Institutions and other COEs
Send the questionnaire to Union before the Formal Meeting
Analyse the data and trends
MOA
Prepare the MOA and follow-up on the signatories
Union/Industrial Related Matters
Mgt-Union and HR-Union Meetings
Prepare agenda and compile slides
Liaise with Union on their availabilities and attendees
COE Employee Relations
Prepare for budgeting exercise
Assist in other ad-hoc matters
