Job Description

:

You will be responsible for the Garden\xe2\x80\x99s car parking and auto barrier system, buggy maintenance, and assist in cleaning and refuse management contracts. You will be expected to oversee the daily operations of managing agents and contractors in accordance to contract requirements and schedules, as well as liaise with other departments on the gardens\xe2\x80\x99 operational needs. You will assist to roll out the new gardens\' cleaning contract. The works involve coordinating with internal / external customers on requirements and execution of implementation including SMART devices and technologies that are possible to assist in productivity. You will be tasked to assist in supporting facilities assigned by Management and ensure operationally viable solutions, as well as maintain proper records for these facilities. You will have to plan for regular maintenance of these facilities and equipment to ensure that they are in their proper working condition.

Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering / Facilities Management with at least 4 years of relevant Engineering / Facilities Management experience preferably in a large retail/commercial, life-style complexes or similar attraction industry
• Good knowledge of car parking and auto barrier system, cleaning and refuse management contracts
• Creative, innovative, and resourceful in implementing cutting edge engineering technologies
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Good communication and negotiation skills
