Key Responsibilities
Manage the full set of accounts, financial reporting, audits, and compliance.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Oversee procurement, payment disbursements, and cash flow management.
Track donations, grants, and campaign funds; support fundraising finance needs.
Review financial systems and policies for continuous improvement.
Supervise junior finance staff and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
A recognised diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the social service sector.
Strong knowledge of financial principles, audit compliance, and regulatory standards.
High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work independently.
Proficient in accounting software, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
Effective communication skills in English and Malay.
