We welcome you to join our team as: SENIOR EXECUTIVE / ASSISTANT MANAGER (OFFICE OF THE REGISTRAR - BAILIFFS) The Office of the Registrar manages criminal and civil cases in the State Courts by handling interlocutory applications and scheduling the trial diary. The Office of the Registrar also enforces judgments and orders issued in State Courts cases, processes appeals from State Courts decisions, attends to requests for State Courts case records and oversees all State Courts case records.What you will be working on:You will be part of the Bailiffs\' Section which is the enforcement arm of the State Courts. As a Bailiff, your main role is to enforce judgments and orders issued by the State Courts. You are expected to: \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform field operations relating to enforcement of judgments and orders such as: o Conducting seizure and sale of seized property belonging to the enforcement respondent o Overseeing eviction and delivery of possession of immovable property o Procuring arrest of committal respondent \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage cases relating to enforcement of judgments and orders filed in the State Courts in accordance with the applicable rules, practice directions, standard operating procedures, and policies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare reports, notices and correspondence, and liaise with lawyers, litigants-in-person, or other external agencies to facilitate the efficient disposal of cases relating to enforcement of judgments and orders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Participate as a team member and be involved in projects which affect the operations of the Bailiffs Section. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisors.What we are looking for:
