[What the role is]

[What you will be working on]

a) Drive the planning, implementation and review of Muis Transformation Plan

  • Drive the development and delivery of Muis Transformation Plan to achieve strategic outcomes.
  • Work with line departments to identify potential transformation opportunities and partner their transformation efforts. These may include service innovation projects (i.e. through service journeys), digitalisation and citizen engagement programmes.
  • Responsible for the transformation project management framework/methodology to ensure Public Sector Transformation (PST) is applied consistently across the organisation and provide training where required.
  • Work closely to review and implement various action plans to improve Muis\xe2\x80\x99 operational and core work processes and driving innovation.
  • Monitor transformation efforts across Muis and keep projects on track to deliver concrete outcomes. This includes measuring progress and tracking key milestones.
  • Coordinate inter-agency efforts to advance Muis\xe2\x80\x99 PST efforts.
  • Perform relevant Secretariat duties to support senior management in PST to achieve a lean and agile organisation with an empowered ecosystem.
b) Service Design
  • Lead service journey/design thinking projects to improve service delivery that is anticipatory and citizen-centric.
  • Encourage new thinking, creative solutions and ways of working to address issues and mitigate risks.
  • Experiment and develop new organisation development tools and resources to promote transformation in Muis.
c) Drive Change Management
  • Responsible for establishing desired change outcomes, designing organisation-wide change management programmes, and engaging Muisians to help them overcome barriers to change.
  • Design and implement broad-based interventions related to engagement and change management.
[What we are looking for]
  • Candidate should possess a tertiary education with strong passion for transformation and innovation.
  • Candidate should have 3-5 years of working experience in the area of organisation development, service transformation, change management or related areas.
  • Experience in project management, process improvement and design thinking/service journeys
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with track record in engaging stakeholders, both within and outside the organisation.
  • Good strategic and critical thinking skills.
  • Resourceful and able to work independently, and as a team.
Successful candidate will be appointed on contract basis.
