  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science/ Business Analytics/ Information Technology or related fields
  • Solid understanding of computer science principles and technology, with the ability to leverage technology solutions to support quality improvement initiatives
  • Excellent data analysis skills, including experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, R, Python) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Proficient in quality improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, and/or
  • Proficient in human-centred methodologies such as Design Thinking and Behavioral Insights
  • Certified Six Sigma Green/Black Belt will be an added advantage
  • At least 2 years of experience in facilitating workshops and conducting trainings
Desirable Soft Skills
  • Able to engage, collaborate and influence stakeholders and work through people in the hospital such as doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, operations and administrative staff and senior leaders.
  • Able to work independently and as a team
  • Ability to perform even under tight timelines
  • Confident in coaching and guiding fellow colleagues in Quality Improvement tools
  • Good writing and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for driving continuous improvement and creating positive change within the organization.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties
  • Facilitator - Facilitate improvement sprints aimed at identifying, analysing and implementing improvements across various departments. Able to apply lean principles to streamline processes, eliminate waste, and improve overall efficiency and effectiveness. Incorporate design thinking methodologies to identify and address customer needs, enhance user experience, and drive innovation. Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement. Use statistical tools and software to analyze data and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Partner - Support Heads of Department and like-minded practitioners in the hospital to drive improvement initiatives and work closely with them to implement improvement initiatives
  • Trainer - Deliver training on lean management and human-centred tools to impart knowledge and skills to hospital staff. You are also a change agent to instill continuous improvement and human-centric culture in the hospital.
