What the role is:

Senior Executive / Assistant Manager (Reference Librarian)

What you will be working on:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to increase awareness of library services and digital resources. Produce and curate user education and engagement content for students and staff. Provide support and guidance to students and staff in the use of library's resources, facilities, services and projects. Evaluate new learning tools and resources in accordance with the curriculum. Evaluate Assess the usage of e-resources by using data analytics dashboard. Conduct online and face-to-face library orientation briefings and learning journeys for students and staff. Carry out work improvements through automation, technology (e.g. GenAI), and data analytics to enhance library's services. Perform counter and after-office-hour library duties. Contribute to the development of library policies, new services and digitalization initiatives. Participate in Joint Poly Libraries projects and campus digitalization initiatives. The level of offer will commensurate with applicants\' experience and track records.

What we are looking for:

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Tertiary education in library and information sciences or equivalent with three years of working experience in a library environment. IT-savvy with proactive learner mindset, meticulous, resourceful, analytical and service oriented. Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools. Strong time-management and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Experience in photo and video editing, data analytics skills. Proficiency in social media tools and platforms.
