- Permanent headcount, based in Singapore
- Leading global conglomerate
- Candidates must have relevant experience in retail leasing
- Support and implement strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the malls within the Company's assigned portfolio
- Secure new tenancies, identify market segments and prospects, manage lease renewals with existing clients, and liaise with property agents
- Conduct market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost
- Maintain good relationships with tenants and prospects
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- Years of relevant experience in retail leasing: 2-4 (Senior Exec) | 5-7 (Assistant Manager)
- Sound understanding of the real estate industry with some network of contacts
- Strong presentation, negotiation and effective interpersonal skills
- Having a RES License is highly advantageous
