National Gallery Singapore is a leading visual arts institution which oversees the world\xe2\x80\x99s largest public collection of Singapore and Southeast Asian modern art. Situated at the birthplace of modern Singapore, in the heart of the Civic District, the Gallery is housed in two national monuments - City Hall and former Supreme Court - that have been beautifully restored and transformed into this exciting 64,000 square metre venue. DESIGNATION : Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager (Finance) - 1 Year Contract

RESPONSIBILITIES
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE

• Assist in closing all Finance related internal control, especiallydeactivating inactive vendors in SAP and Coupa.
• Process invoices from vendors on a timely basis
• Process staff expense claims payment sent through Coupa andSAP ByDesign
• Handling Corporate Credit Cards Management in theprocurement system (Coupa) and accounting system (SAPByDesign)
• Preparing audit schedules and responding to queries frominternal and external auditors as part of Gallery\xe2\x80\x99s annual auditexercise

Responsible for receipt entries in the accounting system

• Preparation of month-end/year-end closing and accrual ofaccounts to comply with the agreed timeline.
• Prepare materials and respond to queries required by internaland external auditors.
• Coordination with the external auditor for certification ofapplication of fund
• Acknowledgement of receipt of donation and issuance of Tax-Deductible Receipts (TDR)
• Reconciliation of daily ticketing receipts via Global Tix andGlobal Payment system
• Assist Fixed Asset sighting

QUALIFICATIONS

• Relevant qualification in accounting
• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Preferably with knowledge of SAP
• Able to work independently.
• A good team player
