What the role is:We are seeking a talented and versatile content creator with strong expertise in video production, photography and social media content creation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling, a creative mindset, and the technical skills to produce high-quality, professional and engaging content across multiple platforms. Experience with AI tools and software for content will be a significant advantage.What you will be working on:

• Engage and work closely with business divisions to develop concepts, storyboards, and scripts; filming, editing, and post-producing high-quality videos for various platforms; operating and configuring technical equipment like video cameras, DSLR or smartphones and lighting; and using advanced video editing software to achieve professional results.
• Creative eye and proficiency in creating content for major social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Telegram, with expertise in image editing, artwork creation, and social video production.
• Capture professional-quality photographs for events, studio shoots, and marketing purposes, editing and enhancing them using tools like Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, and ensuring strong composition, lighting, and attention to detail for visually appealing results.
• Plan, design and produce multimedia content for digital and social media platforms, integrating photography, video, text, and sound to create engaging campaigns that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Manage multimedia content schedules, developing platform-specific strategies, staying updated on social media trends to recommend innovative approaches, and analysing performance metrics to optimise engagement and results.
• Leverage AI software and tools for content creation, editing, and social media analysis while staying updated on emerging technologies to integrate them into content production workflows.
• Research and maintain knowledge in emerging technologies and potential applications to keep abreast with industry trends.
• Conduct competitor research, brainstorm new and creative content growth strategies, identify trends and insights, and optimise content and performance based on insights.

What we are looking for:JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Background in Visual Communication, Communication Design, Graphic Design, Photography or equivalent

• At least three years of relevant working experience in content creation, video production, or photography

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and relevant editing software

• Good knowledge and familiar with AI tools for photo/video editing and content creation

• Ability to analyse campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations

• Able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

• Able to work both independently and in a team environment with people at all levels

• Solid understanding of social media algorithms and trends, technologies and best practices, and their impact on audience engagement and brand perception
• Possess excellent communications skills, an innovative mindset and the ability to challenge assumptions

• Self-motivated, adaptable, growth mindset and proactive
