What the role is:Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Student FinanceWhat you will be working on:JOB RESPONSIBILTIES Finance operations including billing, collections, month end account closing and related tasks; Liaise and work closely with internal and external stakeholders for the following: - Prepare and provide financial reports to internal and external stakeholders; - Provide support to collaboration project in areas of budgeting, cost recoveries and preparation of profit and loss statements; - Provide relevant information to External auditors; - Assist in financial analysis; Liaise and work closely with system support on CET student finance system and perform user testing; Ensure compliance to policies and procedures for CET finance operations. Manage and execute other administrative tasks, duties or ad-hoc projects as assigned.What we are looking for:JOB REQUIREMENTS Qualification in Accounting or related accounting qualifications. At least 3 years of relevant working experience. Past experience in educational sector (polytechnics and local universities) will be an advantage. Good analytical skills and strong problem-solving skills, able to work collaboratively with the users and lead team members in meeting deadline. Proactive and able to work effectively under pressure. Good communication (written and spoken) skills. Proficient in MS Office applications. Driven, motivated and inquisitive.
