We are a hub of knowledge and innovation, attracting healthcare professionals who are passionate about pushing boundaries and making significant contributions to the field.About Department and Purpose of the PositionThe National University Cancer Institute, Singapore (NCIS) is a national specialist centre under the National University Health System (NUHS). It is the only public cancer centre in Singapore treating both paediatric and adult cancers in one facility.We are looking for a (Senior) Executive Assistant to be responsible with data collection and entry for patients enrolled into research studies, database maintenance and provision for research studies, conference presentations and maintain study status updates by submission of documents and/or data to DSRB and registries.Key ResponsibilitiesPrimary Responsibilities and Duties (80%)

  • Collect the clinical data of the patients enrolled in research studies at NUH and submit data to Centre for the International Blood/ Marrow Transplant Registry (CIBMTR) within the required time-frame.
  • Maintain database for stem cell transplantation (SCT) research studies and assist with the maintenance of site files.
  • Compliance with data governance policies.
  • Maintain study status updates by submission of documents to DSRB
  • Be main coordinator for APBMT and BMDP report and forms submission for adult transplant patients
  • Collect the data required for Quality Improvement/ Management meetings/reports
Secondary Responsibilities and Duties (20%)
  • Secretariat role for weekly BMT meeting and support role for FACT meetings. Coordinate meetings, book venues, collate agenda and arrange for catering requirements when necessary.
  • Assistant in internal and external audits of all facilities of the HSCT and CT program
  • Provide other administrative support to the RO/Doctors to ensure smooth daily operations and provide required support to meet assigned project/task timeline.
  • Performs any other duties assigned by supervisor/ department manager/ HOD.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years in data entry and management and/or administrative experience. Experience in healthcare is an added advantage.
  • Responsive, attentive and be able to work under pressure
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Positive work attitude and self-motivated.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good team player and able to work independently.
  • Flexible and adaptable.
