Provide administration, operational and secretariat support for RDU, in the areas of research, data, programmes and events management
Coordinate partnership engagements with internal and external stakeholders
Perform basic data mining
Deliver basic report writing
Prepare and process procurement matters i.e. payment request, purchase requisition, grants and invoices
Maintainance of stakeholders databases
Facilitate day to day operational matters
Job Requirements:
Diploma
Able to commit for a minimum 4 to 6 months
Meticulous with good planning, writing, communication, organisational and time management skills
Good skills in using office computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite and databases
Experiences and exposure in social services/education/charities organisation will be an advantage
