A National Healthcare Group (NHG) Residency Programme Coordinator (PC) supports Programme Director (PD) in the assigned residency programme team to coordinate and manage the residency programme by maintaining proper administration records and documentation.Working together with the PD and programme team members, the PC is responsible for:xc2xb7 Programme Accreditation and Management;xc2xb7 Administration and Maintenance of a Conducive Educational Environment; andxc2xb7 Resident Recruitment, Selection, Appointment, Management and Development.The PC is also expected to participate in assigned initiatives and projects to achieve the institution's vision, mission and strategic objectives.JOB REQUIREMENTS(a) Education/Training/Experiencexc2xb7 Diploma with at least 2 years of administrative experiencexc2xb7 Effective communication skills in both spoken and written Englishxc2xb7 Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications(b) Personal Attributesxc2xb7 Possess good interpersonal skillsxc2xb7 Meticulous with strong administrative, organizational and coordination skillsxc2xb7 Team player with a pleasant personalityxc2xb7 Proactive and takes initiative in getting things done correctly and in a timely manner
