Job Description
Responsibilities
Design Management
- Establish user\xe2\x80\x99s requirements of proposed facilities including timeline and funding source
- Appoint building consultants
- Manage the consultant team in the design process
Cost Management
- Procure the consultant team to prepare cost estimates and tender documentation
- Call quotations or tenders and arrange for site show-round and tender interview
- Manage change orders
Construction Management
- Track construction progress regularly
- Supervise works periodically on site to ensure safety and quality
- Administer the construction contract
- Process contractor and consultants\xe2\x80\x99 claims
- Keep proper documentation of project
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Architectural Design / Building / Engineering
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience for Diploma holders
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience for Degree holders
- Ability to use AutoCad/ REVIT and do measurements preferred
- Knowledge of building construction and ability to read drawings
- Possess good interpersonal, communication and organization skills
