What the role is:You oversee the provision of camp services such as feeding services and estate management within Supply Bases.What you will be working on:You ensure high standards of service delivery and compliance with contract requirements and financial procedures. You also supervise the work and welfare of Full-Time National Servicemen (NSFs) in the Camp Operations Platoon. Your challenges will lie in managing fast-paced real-time camp operations that require quick thinking and problem-solving while maintaining high service standards. You will need to prioritise demands from multiple stakeholders, balancing limited resources for infrastructure works without compromising safety.What we are looking for:You should possess a Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Building Engineering, Facilities Management or Food Science, with at least 2 years\' experience in institutional-like contract management, logistics, facilities, or Food and Beverage (F&B) management roles. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
