Roles and Responsibilities

Oversees the smooth functioning and operations of the clinics
Oversees clinic appointments, overall staff deployment and resource allocation
Ensures guidelines and procedures related to clinic services are adhered to by all relevant personnel at all times
Handles PR cases at first line and assists staff in dealing with difficult situations
Maintains discipline in compliance with policies
Ensures timely submission of monthly reports and accuracy of clinical indicators tabulations

Requirements

Possesses Degree in any field
Min. 1 year of customer service experience
Candidates with supervisory experience and a background in either public or private healthcare institution will be advantageous
