The role of the Executive, Clinical Education, is to create a conducive learning environment and learning experience for simulation and clinical skills training held at, but not limited to, the Woodlands Health Simulation and Clinical Training Centre (SCTC) and Surgical Skills Lab (SSL).This includes coordinating and providing administrative and possibly technical support to the simulation and clinical skills training. The incumbent will work closely with key programme and administrative leads and stakeholders to ensure efficient planning and execution of programmes and operations.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
SPECIFIC (60%)
Set up rooms and facilities at SCTC and SSL to ensure conducive and optimal environment for simulation and clinical skills training.
Guide team members to oversee and manage all aspects of daily operations and coordinate schedule of training events and equipment usage at SCTC & SSL.
Manage inventory of equipment, materials, and consumables for SCTC and SSL and oversee the maintenance and replacement of equipment as necessary.
Collaborate with administrative and clinical leads in developing and planning clinical education activities at SCTC & SSL.
Provide administrative and secretariat support for clinical education and training related matters.
General
Coordinate and support projects under the department\'s responsibility and undertake its work working with internal and external stakeholders.
Work together with P&OD team to contribute to cross-cutting projects or organisation wide projects.
Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors, clinical leads and Chief of People & Organisation Development.
