Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Support the Marketing team in campaign planning and production by working closely with media owners/agencies/vendors (local and overseas) to ensure timely campaign launch and high-quality execution.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure campaign needs are met and to align marketing efforts with our corporate objectives.
  • Manage leads garnered through campaigns.
  • Research competitors and stay informed about the latest industry trends, digital marketing innovations and best practices to incorporate fresh ideas into our marketing strategies.
  • Track marketing expenditure and campaign performance.
  • Work closely with Brand team to ensure alignment with brand messaging and content marketing.
  • Assist in marketing-related training events for stakeholders.
  • Support marketing-related procurement tasks and other ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline with a good understanding of marketing principles, strategies and emerging trends.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant in-house or agency experience in advertising, digital marketing or integrated communications.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal), with creative judgement and a passion to learn and hone your craft. Proficiency in the Chinese language to liaise with Chinese speaking overseas agencies/vendors (advantageous but not essential).
  • Familiar with digital marketing practices, platforms and analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated project and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and agencies/vendors.
  • Meticulous, self-initiated and result-oriented team player who can work independently with learning agility.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a strong sense of responsibility and a positive working attitude.
  • Able to work independently and as a team player.
  • Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Always observe a code of strict confidentiality.
