Job Description


The Senior Executive/Executive will assist the team to lead, or execute projects relating to the various operating units under Community Care Operations. These units include: (a) Programme Development, (b) Wellness Projects & Preventive Health Operations and (c) Community Health Operations & Resident Activation.Major Duties & Responsibilities1. Sector-based Programme Development:a. Programme Management and Coordination:

  • Play a vital role in overseeing the operations and administrative support duties for CONNACT Plus programme to ensure alignment of goals and smooth collaboration with all stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of the programme.
  • Monitor progress and milestones including timeline management, workflow refinement, risk management and keeping key stakeholders updated.
  • Address any issues that arise during programme execution and implement solutions to keep programme on track.
  • Evaluate processes, contribute ideas and suggestions for improvement and streamlining of work processes.
  • Assist with administrative tasks when required which include the coordination of meetings, preparation of meeting materials and recording accurate notes/minutes.
b. Stakeholders Management:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for CONNACT Plus for internal and external stakeholders by ensuring timely updates and reporting on progress.
  • Liase with internal and external stakeholders to review, troubleshoot workflow to facilitate the smooth running of the programme to achieve established goals and targets.
  • Follow up promptly on any ground issues identified by internal and external stakeholders by communicating effectively with stakeholders to resolve problems.
c. Resource management:
  • Support the accurate and timely reimbursement of funds to external stakeholders as needed.
  • Monitor resources in alignment with the programme's budget.
  • Ensure usage of budget in alignment with organisation's policies.
d. Reporting of outcomes and claims:
  • Supports collation of outcome indicators from external stakeholders maintenance of database, and analysis of data when required.
  • Prepare and present reports on programme's progress and key metrics to internal and external stakeholders.
e. Publicity and marketing:
  • Work closely with relevant stakeholders to align marketing efforts.
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders to develop and execute marketing plans such as creating content on social media platforms, sharing of programme on professional platforms and NHG Cares App.
f. Any other ad-hoc tasks related to CONNACT Plus, which may be assigned from time to time.2. General:
  • Conducts all activities with the highest standards of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality. Complies with all applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures, supporting NHG's corporate integrity efforts and to uphold NHG's corporate reputation by acting in an ethical and appropriate manner, reporting known or suspected violations of applicable rules, and cooperating fully with all organizational investigations and proceedings.
  • Builds and maintains harmonious working relationships and good teamwork among colleagues and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee, supervise and appraise the performance of any subordinates and develop subordinates in the course of work.
Job RequirementsEducation / Training / Experience
  • Possess a recognised degree in any discipline with at least 3 - 5 years of working experience preferred.
  • Practical knowledge and experience in acute or intermediate and long-term care sectors will be an added advantage.

  • Possess excellent communication (spoken and written), interpersonal and co-ordination skills, resourceful and able to work in ambiguous situations with a can-do attitude.
  • Possess a positive, proactive working attitude and able to multi task and manage various tasks/projects concurrently with specific timelines.
  • Strong project management and administrative skills also required, together with, good critical thinking and problem solving abilities.
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced and dynamic environment both independently and as a team player, yet is organised and meticulous.
  • Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Office tools - Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Staff may required to work beyond normal office hours, including weekends and public holidays as and when necessary.
