Job Purpose

The Contracts Management Senior / Executive shall draft, prepare, review Contracts based on the Requirements in SMRT Trains.

• The Contracts Management team serves to:
• Consolidate technical contracts shares across Lines.
• Monitor and report contract performance.
• Review contract terms and conditions.
• Ensure compliance to SMRT Trains Policies and Procedures.

Responsibilities

The Contracts Management Executive reports to the Contracts Management Section Manager (NSEWL / CCL / BPLRT). His/her roles and responsibilities include the following areas:

• Consolidate technical contracts. Consolidate technical contracts that are shared across Lines. Create, prepare, review, and edit Contracts.
• Contract Validity and Performance Review. Prompt User on Contract renewal. Monitor and report contract performance. Provide justifications for any deviation.
• Contract terms and conditions. Review Contracts to ensure the Standard Agreement Form and template are applied. For any deviation, conduct review and verification if further Legal advise is required.
• Compliance to SMRT Trains\' Policies and Procedures. Ensure Contracts are executed in compliance to SMRT Trains\' Policies and Procedures.

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Degree in Science, Engineering, Finance, Business Management or related fields, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Business Management skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Familiar with Legal terms.
• Capable of professionally manage confidential information.
• Must be a team player and self-initiated.
• Meticulous and diligent.
