What the role is:The Senior Executive (Corporate Finance & Administration) manages day-to-day administration at VITAL, providing support to ensure smooth and effective operations.What you will be working on:Corporate Finance xe2x80xa2 Manage organisational payroll and claims processes, including: - Processing payroll for staff, encompassing new hires, exiting staff and bonus payments - Reviewing and resolving alerts from the payroll system - Verifying staff claims, including receipt validation where necessary - Analysing Claims Exception Reports and initiating appropriate follow-up actions - Managing staff arrears and processing receipts xe2x80xa2 Prepare and send invoices/ supporting documents to customers, monitor outstanding payments and issue timely reminders xe2x80xa2 Assist in year-end financial closing and other ad hoc tasks Office Administration xe2x80xa2 Coordinate and execute office administration tasks for VITAL, including: - Procurement and monitoring of office supplies and stationery - Liaison with vendors for timely replenishment of stationery vending machines - Execution of monthly maintenance routines for key office equipment - Regular updates of staff contact information across internal communication platforms - Control and issuance of organisational stamps xe2x80xa2 Support operational excellence by: - Identifying opportunities for process improvement - Recommending and implementing appropriate technological solutions to boost efficiency - Assisting in the evaluation of administrative procedures to enhance productivityWhat we are looking for:
