Job Description

What the role is:
You will be part of our Customer Services team to support the business clusters.
What you will be working on:
You will support the business cluster in the marketing, lease management of industrial facilities including attending to customer enquiries, processing of applications for allocation, renewal, subletting, assignment, change of use, managing of arrears etc. You will also support general administrative duties such as generation of reports, provide support in product launches, promotion & publicity as well as updating of customer information.
What we are looking for:
What we are looking for: a. Background in Business/Business Administration/Real Estate Business/Property Development/Marketing, b. Good to have at least 1 year of relevant experience c. Resourceful and meticulous d. Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
