Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- User Engagement & Requirement Gathering:
- Assist in engaging business users across FM&I, Connectivity, Real Estate, and Infrastructure divisions, and other departments to understand their workflows and challenges.
- Help collect user feedback and translate it into clear requirements for the development team.
- Support GTM Activities:
- Contribute to go-to-market planning and execution for AI applications.
- Support the development and adoption of data analytics capabilities.
- Help prepare materials for product launches, demos, and internal communications.
- Stakeholder Coordination:
- Support coordination between business users, developers, and project managers.
- Attend meetings and document key takeaways and action items.
- Training & Enablement:
- Assist in creating user guides, training decks, and demo scripts.
- Help organize and facilitate training sessions and onboarding activities.
- Learning & Development:
- Gain exposure to AI, GenAI, and data analytics technologies.
- Learn about Keppel's business units and how AI tools can drive productivity and efficiency.
