Support Admissions processes including offer and acceptance
Support student\'s visa application/cancellation / renewal processes via SOLAR+
Support implementation of DBMI degree education and courses including administrative, curriculum and logistics support for lessons and assessments
Supervise and guide student assistants for the online weekend and weeknight lessons
Manage email box queries for admissions, curriculum and student fee-related matters
Support in company and student internship queries and applications
Support in department outreach events and programmes
Qualifications
Degree holder with at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in school programme administration and customer service.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CANVAS
Meticulous, self-initiated, well-organized and able to work independently or in a team.
Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with all levels of staff as well as students.
Positive attitude and ability to multi-task and work under pressure and tight deadlines.
