The Executive/Senior Executive of the Development Office will have the opportunity to build a programme from scratch, developing administrative structures, well as building internal policies and procedures for the department.

The Executive/Senior Executive, Development Office at NUS College, will play an important role managing all administrative aspects of the Development Office. The incumbent will oversee data management, prospect research, gift stewardship, gift management and administration.

He/She will also provide support, primarily in the areas of event management, development communications, major and principal gift support as well as outreach matters.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor\'s Degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Knowledge in Blackbaud, MailChimp, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams and Video and Design Editing programmes will be an added advantage.
