Key Responsibilities E-Commerce & Digital Performance Marketing
Plan and optimize digital campaigns (SEM, SEO, social) to improve traffic and ROI
Run A/B testing and conversion funnel optimization
Collaborate with sales teams to ensure competitive positioning across markets
Loyalty & Personalization
Develop loyalty programs and engagement campaigns
Use customer data and AI to drive personalization and increase retention
Advocate for customer-first strategies in marketing initiatives
Analytics & AI Integration
Monitor competitor activity and evaluate campaign performance
Build dashboards to report on key metrics (acquisition, retention, conversion)
Pilot and implement AI tools such as chatbots and predictive analytics
Requirements
3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (regional or multi-market preferred)
Strong knowledge of SEM, SEO, and social performance campaigns
Experience in e-commerce, loyalty, or personalization strategies
Proficient in marketing analytics and dashboard tools
Exposure to AI-driven marketing tools is an advantage
Familiarity with CMS/e-commerce platforms like Sitecore is a plus
Strong communication and collaboration skills
