Lead or participate in projects to identify and explore suitable technologies and solutions, as well as designing IT application architectures to meet organizational needs.
Provide documentation of system implementation plans, user requirements, technical specifications for developers, end-users training and support.
Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining IT applications.
Meet and manage the users / customer expectations.
Perform other miscellaneous IT duties as assigned.

Key Requirements

Diploma/Degree (preferable) in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
2-3 years experience in system support
Strong technical skills and able to conceptualize and produce concrete solutions.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with all types of people at all levels of the organization.
Able to work well independently as well as in a team.
