As part of our continued expansion in Civil & Structural engineering projects, we are looking for an experienced and driven

Senior Executive Engineer (C&S)

to join our team. You will support the Professional Engineer (PE), lead technical deliverables, and coordinate with clients, contractors, and authorities across various building and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage C&S design works for

A&A, industrial, commercial, residential, linkway, warehouse, and structural strengthening

projects. Prepare and review

Structural Plans

, calculations, design reports, and authority submission documents. Coordinate closely with architects, M&E consultants, QPs, and contractors to resolve technical and design issues. Assist the PE in authority submissions to

BCA, LTA, SCDF, PUB, JTC, NParks

, and other agencies. Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions. Conduct site inspections, prepare inspection reports, and follow up on site queries. Mentor junior engineers and guide them in design, detailing, and compliance matters. Ensure design quality, code compliance (Eurocode/SS standards), and timely project delivery.

Requirements

Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognised institution. Minimum

6 years

of relevant experience in C&S design in Singapore. Strong knowledge of

Eurocode, SS standards

, and authority submission requirements. Proficient in analysis and drafting tools (ETABS, Prokon, SAFE, AutoCAD, etc.). Familiar with local project workflows and coordination processes. Strong technical judgement and ability to solve complex engineering issues. Independent, responsible, and proactive working style. Good communication skills and ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams.
