You will be part of a dynamic team under Attractions Operations, to provide a pleasant and wholesome experience for all visitors of Gardens by the Bay. Based in our call centre, your predominant role includes attending to visitor feedback and enquiries via phone and email, and providing accurate and excellent resolution. You will also respond to visitors\xe2\x80\x99 needs and deliver a first-class experience to all visitors at the Gardens. You will provide administrative and technical support to the call centre team, and will work closely with relevant departments to get updated information on programmes, events and promotions.
