Senior Executive/ Executive (call Centre)
Job Description
:
You will be part of a dynamic team under Attractions Operations, to provide a pleasant and wholesome experience for all visitors of Gardens by the Bay. Based in our call centre, your predominant role includes attending to visitor feedback and enquiries via phone and email, and providing accurate and excellent resolution. You will also respond to visitors\xe2\x80\x99 needs and deliver a first-class experience to all visitors at the Gardens. You will provide administrative and technical support to the call centre team, and will work closely with relevant departments to get updated information on programmes, events and promotions.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism or any relevant field
- At least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 working experience in a call centre environment or in a similar industry
- Relevant experience in the tourism / hospitality / service-related industry will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of cloud-based feedback management solutions is a plus
- Customer-oriented, IT proficient and able to work independently as well as part of a diverse team
- Sound knowledge of telephone etiquette, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in Mandarin would be an added advantage due to the need to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers
- Providing support for other ad-hoc tasks when required
- Able to work on weekends, public holidays and after-office hours
