Duties & Responsibilities: * Attend to corporate travel enquires and request through phone calls & emails from corporate clients

• To provide information on travel visa requirements & insurance
• Liaise with the airlines & overseas JTB offices for the operational works
• Handles travel operations including quotations, reservations, ticketing, and invoicing.
• To maintain & update the corporate client\xe2\x80\x99s profile in the system
• Any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the Company from time to time

Experience & Skill-set required: * Minimum Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality studies or relevant Field

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in handling corporate clients
• Familiar with GDS, preferably Sabre system
• Excellent communication & written skills in English & Japanese to support the Japanese corporate clients\xe2\x80\x99 travel enquiries
• Service-oriented with good interpersonal skills
• Willing to work on after office hour if necessary
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace environment with minimal supervision and able to handle work pressure
