Job Title : Senior Executive, Executive Education Job Type : 1 Year Contract Job Location : Nanyang Avenue Key Skills : Programme Management Job Scope: The successful candidate will be responsible for all administrative and operational aspects of all programmes within the Executive Education. This would include: Job Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Managing resources and budgeting. \xc2\xb7 Managing and supervising event sites and delivering the promised outcomes. \xc2\xb7 Developing framework and procedures for programme work plans. \xc2\xb7 Establish and maintain event timelines and priorities. \xc2\xb7 Managing client, participant, faculty and supplier relationships. \xc2\xb7 Establish relationships and collaborate with relevant agencies to achieve the goal of the programme. \xc2\xb7 Document programme outcomes and generate reports on programmes and activities. \xc2\xb7 Provide IT solutions for better management and cost effective measures to achieve operational efficiency. \xc2\xb7 All other tasks related to programme management and general administration Job Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Degree in business or any other related field \xc2\xb7 Preferably with 1 to 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 work experience in an administrative, project management, event management or customer service role and program management \xc2\xb7 Proven experience in programme management or customer service would be an advantage \xc2\xb7 Possess stakeholder management skills \xc2\xb7 Excellent oral and written communication skills.
