Responsible for creating and submitting timely lease reports, management reports, and budget analyses. This includes maintaining data accuracy and system security. You\'ll also use technology to streamline workflows and create reports that support the team\'s work.
Keep the department organized and efficient. This involves centralizing and maintaining templates, manuals, and other documents to ensure consistency and high-quality service. You\'ll also contribute to reviewing internal processes, developing policies, and onboarding new staff.
Act as a bridge between the manager and the team, facilitating communication of daily tasks and providing feedback on process improvement.
Assist with managing space requirements within the department\'s systems.
Requirements:
At least a degree or diploma with at least 2 years of experience in office administration, particularly in areas like reporting, policy creation, documentation, and process management.
Strong understanding of real estate practices and documents would be beneficial.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
Dedicated team player with a service-oriented attitude.
Meticulous with strong initiative and be able to handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
