Senior Executive / Executive, Leasing
Key responsibilities

Identify prospective tenants and conduct site viewings with them, thereafter, dealing with any follow-ups with prospect Lead negotiations for new leases of portfolio, renewals, expansions, and consolidations of assigned building clusters Translate leads / opportunities into deal closures Develop new business opportunities and cross-sell products to customers and their business partners Work with asset managers to maximise building occupancy/revenue Develop and work with the marketing team to implement marketing strategies Monitor market trends on supply and demand of business space Build networking channels with tenants and agents Be overall "Brand Ambassador" to enhance brand equity

Commercial and Financial Acumen

Forecast revenue routinely through portfolio and lease assessments Prepare rental reports, cash flows and analysing variances Initiate and close-out transactions to meet target plan Understand asset profitability to contribute solutions to improve whilst meeting tenant occupational needs
The Company may assign portfolios or roles in addition to those above and/or vary the scope of responsibilities according to business requirements.
Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Estate Management, Building or equivalent CEA RES license holders will be favorably considered Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal Possess positive disposition and resourcefulness and a team player
