Its diversified real estate asset classes cover retail, office, lodging, business parks, industrial, logistics, self-storage and data centres.Job Responsibilities:Plan, execute and manage through-the-funnel digital marketing campaigns including SEM, display, programmatic, social media, wechat ads and email marketing for lead generationEnhance performance marketing by leveraging AI and data analytics to drive more targeted reach and higher conversionConstantly refine the ad strategy, targeting and keywords to improve web traffic, lead generation and conversionWork closely with agencies and leasing department to develop USPs, ad design and copyProduce engaging marketing assets eg. eDMs, brochures, marketing presentations, social media graphics and videosOverall website management for Singapore Workspace pages, including improving the UI/UX of webpages, implementing basic HTML/back-end coding, creating and optimising marketing landing pages for lead generation, managing UTM links and setting up of pixels in GTM on website and landing pagesTrack, analyse and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns (including analysing key sources of leads) for regular reporting to internal stakeholdersGoogle Analytics tracking and reporting of webpage performancesStay abreast of digital marketing trends, new tools/platforms and propose new initiatives for online advertising (not limited to Google, Facebook & LinkedIn) to drive engagements and conversionsConduct research on brand\xe2\x80\x99s audiences and competitorsPrerequisites:Degree in Business or MarketingAt least 3 years of working experience in Digital Marketing, with hands-on experience in SEM, Display, Social Media ads, website management and Google tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, AdWords etcGood written and verbal communication skillsExcellent performance marketing and data-driven marketing skills, with ability to draw actionable insights from analyticsAbility to identify and implement back-end coding or programmes for optimization of webpages. Knowledge of programming language eg.
