Its diversified real estate asset classes include retail, office, lodging, industrial, logistics, business parks, wellness, self-storage and data centres.You will support the Operations Manager in managing effective operations and maintenance of our retail mall.Coordinate operation programs and execute maintenance works to ensure the mall operates at optimum levelManage and administer all maintenance contracts and procurement processes for adhoc maintenance works, supervise expense within approved budget for the operational needs of the mallLiaise with Group Procurement team for procurement matters for the mall, manage and execute specific/adhoc procurement of equipment cyclical replacement & enhancement works in the mallAssist in the execution of Asset Enhancement Initiatives/reconfiguration works, manage tenancy (renovation/ reinstatement) works carried out by tenants and operational support for the promotional activities of the mallManage and attend to all feedback and service requests from tenants in a timely mannerLead the technicians and manage vendor services to achieve the required professional standards in day-to-day operationsPart of Company Emergency Response Team (i.e. Site Incident Controller, First Aider, etc),Part of Environmental Health Safety (EHS) team for review & approval of permit to work (PTWs), risk assessment, safety checks/audits of the mall.To carry out duties such as ECO Manager, Assistant FSM/ FSM or any other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager from time to timeRequirements:Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) / Real Estate / Facilities / Building / Estate ManagementGraduates with relevant degree but no prior relevant experience are welcome to applyExhibit strong initiative, leadership, and interpersonal skillsAble to work within tight timelines, resourceful and systematic in resolving problemsGood communication skillsWilling to work beyond standard operating hours, when requiredWilling to learn and open to possible lateral movements between asset classes in the future (based on business needs)Benefits
