Its diversified real estate asset classes cover retail, office, lodging, business parks, industrial, logistics, self-storage and data centres.About the role:The Digital Platforms team is looking for an all-rounded dynamic individual to join the Digital Platforms Marketing team, which has led the launch of multiple award-winning marketing initiatives. In this role, you will be involved in developing and executing B2B2C strategic marketing plans that support the growth of the CapitaStar Retail & Workspace ecosystem, with the main objectives of driving member acquisition, increasing customer engagement and conversions, as well as the development of key strategic platform partnerships.This role will report to the Team Lead of Digital Platforms Marketing.Responsibilities:Plan, conceptualise and execute data-led marketing campaign activations in line with overall marketing strategy to achieve key positive outcomes across member lifecycle marketing initiatives which include membership growth, member engagement/retention and platform conversions.Derive actionable insights from marketing and product data and formulate strategies in optimization of marketing performance.Management and growth of key strategic partnerships initiatives which includes end-to-end processes (meetings, contractual agreements, follow ups and coordination of partner platform integrations) and implementation of partner-marketing campaigns.Develop and manage evergreen loyalty program benefits for members to grow a robust membership base.Work alongside paid media agency on the implementation of performance marketing campaigns and proactively manage and track paid media budgets to maximise the effectiveness of spend across relevant paid channels against marketing objectives.Work alongside social media agency to develop social media strategies and visuals across key platforms (Facebook, Instagram) to create strong community engagement across social channels.Support content marketing strategy and creation to drive digital engagement with members across owned media channels (eDM, In-App, Social Media and website).Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Customer Experience, Business Development) to plan and implement MarTech related innovation projects and campaigns not limited to hyper-personalisation and product marketing enhancements to drive a seamless user experience.Keep up with latest marketing technologies and growth hacking through constant learning and testing to uncover new marketing opportunitiesAssist in planning, monitoring / managing campaign budgets, agencies and vendors to ensure cost effectiveness and achievement of campaign deliverables.Qualifications and requirementsBachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, preferably with min. 3 years hands-on experience in retail/brands/hospitality, loyalty or MarTech environment.Data-driven with strong analytical skills and business acumen, with keen interest to transform insights into growth opportunities.Committed to driving results and positive customer experience with a growth mentality and a holistic view of marketing strategyInnovative, independent and self-driven individual who is a team player and agile to changes.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and partners, cross-collaborate and multi-task.Strong interpersonal and excellent communications skills with both creative and analytical mindset is crucial.Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial yet corporate environment.Advanced in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint)Proficient in Marketing/Analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)Experience and skills in Content/Graphic tools (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Canva) and Customer Engagement Platforms (Braze) is highly desirableBenefits
