What the role is
SENIOR EXECUTIVE / EXECUTIVE, PUBLIC TRANSPORT SECURITY
What you will be working on
You will provide secretariat and administrative support to the Deputy Director and the Division. You will perform an array of administrative tasks, including management and monitoring of divisions’ finances and procurement, filing and documentation of official records, management of authority cards and the conduct of audits on claims administered by the division. You should be dynamic and adept at managing simultaneous tasks. As people person, you will be working with colleagues at all levels and across different job functions. Working behind the scenes, you will make a significant impact on the people you support as well as fellow LTA staff.
What we are looking for
Requirements: • Diploma in any discipline • At least 2 years of relevant working experience • Excellent organisational, coordination and planning skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including good phone etiquette • Good command of spoken and written English and with strong ability in prioritisation of tasks • Experience in managing and planning for budget and finance related work will be an advantage • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and, as part of a team • Meticulous and able to work within tight deadlines • Experience in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook • Proactive with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Ability to adhere to confidentially in handling sensitive information you will have access to
