Responsibilities

You will be part of a team to create awareness to the healthcare institutions to encourage early data contribution
You will have the opportunity to be involved in various types of engagement activities with the healthcare institutions.
You will manage, provide guidance and assistance to the healthcare institutions throughout the early data contribution journey. This includes: securing agreements, obtaining required documentation, reporting risks and issues
You will track and report engagement and onboarding statuses.
Training will be provided on the functionalities, data onboarding process and the governing policies.

Requirements

Degree in Business Management/Marketing
At least 1-3 year's experience in customer facing roles such as tele-marketing, sales, business development, outreach, account and/or case management
Ability to do presentation and able to articulate clearly to target audience
Strong interpersonal skills. Able to work with different groups of internal and external stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Meticulous in status tracking and confident in reporting statuses
Strong analytical, problem solving and root cause analysis skills
Quick learner who is able to cope in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Experience in using MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint

Shortlisted candidates will be offered 1 Year Agency contract employment.
