Job Description

To provide support to the Sports & UTown Management Unit (SUU) in the management of non-residential facilities and spaces in University Town to ensure smooth operations for academic classes, events for internal and external stakeholders and student life activities.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Assist on overseeing all aspects of venue management, which includes upkeep of facilities and spaces, booking management, events administration, coordination with key stakeholders, proper channeling of feedback for the facilities / spaces to the relevant offices etc.
- Assist with the procurement function for the Unit in accordance with financial and procurement guidelines, and includes monitoring and managing contracts of outsourced service providers and contractors
- Facilitate sustainability initiatives and digital transformation projects to save costs, enhance customer experience and improve work efficiency.
- Perform day to day administrative duties and other ad-hoc duties when assigned.
- Attend to feedback, queries and complaints from students, staff and public.
- Liaise with maintenance office (UCI AE) for repair and maintenance of spaces within UTown to ensure there is proper upkeep and maintenance of the facilities.

Qualifications

- Degree/Diploma in related field.
- At least two years of experience in related field.
- Good written English and communication skills.
- Meticulous and detail-orientated.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills.
- Team player with ability to work independently.
- Proficient in MS Office applications
