Overview
The Senior Executive will manage day-to-day financial operations and ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data. This position is responsible for overseeing timely month-end closing activities and ensuring all accounting processes comply with company policies, corporate directives, and applicable accounting standards.
Job Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day operations of the AR/AP function including verifying and recording revenue recognition for AR and managing P2P process including verifying vendor bank account in Coupa, recording, processing and reporting supplier payments.
  • Execute timely month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve AR/AP issues and discrepancies.
  • Ensure AR receipts and AP payment are accounted in a timely manner.
  • Follow up on bank reconciliation items.
  • Monitor customer account details to identify and follow up on non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities to mitigate financial risks.
  • Handling TDR & NTDR submission.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and address accounting-related issues.
  • Support audits and liaise with auditors as required.
  • Review and enhance work processes and internal controls, making recommendations for improvement where necessary.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Qualifications:
  • Degree or diploma in Accountancy or Finance.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • SAP ByDesign knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Well versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel (V-lookup, Pivot table, etc.).
  • Meticulous, analytical, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Can-do attitude, driven and passionate about work.
  • Able to work independently and as a team.
