JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain the full set of accounts, including general ledger, investments and fixed assets
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial information and support decision-making processes
• Coordinate with Shared Service function on preparation and processing of journal entries, billings and payments.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, including interco loans and working capital requirements
• Treasury and FX reporting
• Prepare financial reports including variance analysis and budget tracking
• Assist in managing and optimizing financial processes and systems
• Manage service provider (Corporate secretary, Accounting), if required.
• Support the internal and external audit processes
• Preparation of GST, tax computations and support in clarification of tax queries
• Preparation of financial statements
• Provide support to other ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, ACCA or Chartered accountant
• At least 4-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of financial systems and software, such as SAP, is preferred
