Description
- Research and identify new partners, prospective donors and supporters
- Develop new events and activities to create opportunities for fundraising, outreach and to increase awareness for Community Fund
- Create meaningful collaborations and long-term working relationships with existing and potential stakeholders
- Assist in database management, reports and other administrative tasks, when required
- Support fundraising events and communications
- Other duties as assigned by the Assistant Director or Manager
- Bachelor degree in Marketing or Communications or similar discipline.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience working in fundraising, business development or other relevant fields
- Resilient and resourceful person with initiative and able to work under minimal supervision
- Creative mind with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be a team player with good interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and objective driven with passion for social causes.
- Adapt at managing multiple projects and complex situations
