Working Hours: Monday to Thursday (8.30am - 5.45pm), Friday (8.30am - 5.15pm) [Hybrid Working Arrangement]Location: WestEmployment Type: PermanentSalary Package: Competitive with Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) and Variable Bonus (VB)We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Executive to oversee the day-to-day administration of all SCSE Graduate Programs by Research, while also managing the operations and maintenance of our laboratory facilities. This dual role requires a strong capability in managing both educational program logistics and technical lab resources, ensuring a high standard of service and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Graduate Program Administration:

• Manage all aspects of graduate programs by research including admissions, matriculation, course registration, and examination scheduling.
• Oversee Thesis Advisory Committees (TAC), Graduate Training Hours (GTH), and Graduate Assistantship Programmes (GAP).
• Organize seminars, workshops, and manage student leave matters and postgraduate outreach.
• Provide secretarial support to key committees and assist in the management of club activities and events.

Laboratory Management and Maintenance:

• Ensure all lab equipment is operational and serviceable, managing requests for lab facilities use, and maintaining adequate supply of consumables.
• Propose annual budgets for equipment replacement and manage lab assets and inventories, including the upkeep of an up-to-date asset record.
• Provide technical support for research and teaching resources, manage centralized computing equipment, and support GPU computing clusters.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience with laboratory operations or project management.
