What the role is:The Enforcement Division (Enf Div) performs ground operations to curb demand and supply as well as manage CNB's Supervision regime. It also collates statistics, for reporting of KPIs and making strategic decisions. The current vacancy is for Senior Executive Statistics which manages the analysis of data and reporting of statistics. The job-holder reports to Deputy Director, Enforcement. As part of the team, the officer is expected to assist the Deputy Director in the following areas of work: xe2x80xa2 Reviewing the collation of data statistics by working with a team of Enf officers and identifying areas for optimisation. xe2x80xa2 Conducting analysis of the statistical drug trends for regular reports, as well as presentations to internal and external stakeholders. xe2x80xa2 Putting up ad-hoc papers with predictive analysis on key and emerging drug trends to guide policy review and operational strategies. xe2x80xa2 Staffing of various data management and governance matters.What you will be working on:Main Responsibilities xe2x80xa2 The key focus of this position holder will be managing Enf Div's onboarding onto Tableau. xe2x80xa2 Engage CNB officers across Enf units to address their data and statistics related queries. Work closely with officers to explore utilisation of the software to improve work productivity by data analysis and visualisation. xe2x80xa2 Use Tableau to conduct analysis of statistical data, to support development of operational strategies and present drug trends for internal use, regular reports and public statistical release. xe2x80xa2 The position holder will also be assisting in other areas of work of the team, including: o Providing statistics and data support within Enf and external requests (e.g. in Committee of Supply debates, Parliamentary queries, media queries) to enable better operational and policy formulation. o Ensuring accurate and timely collation and analysis of key drug statistics for internal reporting and public release. o Staffing of key meetings and data-related policy matters.What we are looking for:Job Requirements: xe2x80xa2 A degree in any discipline. xe2x80xa2 Familiarity with Tableau for data analytics and visualisation is a must, with professional experience in these areas will be preferred. xe2x80xa2 Experience in Tableau training will be advantageous. xe2x80xa2 Meticulous and possess strong analytical skills. xe2x80xa2 Competent in Tableau, Microsoft Office Software, particularly MS Powerpoint, Access and Excel. xe2x80xa2 He / she must be able to write and communicate well. Competent presentation skills would be an advantage.
