Aufgaben
Objective of job:

Provide business and operational support to the CEO Office while contributing to strategic and day-to-day execution needs of the Customer Excitement team. Provide cross-functional support to ensure timely execution and smooth implementation of strategic and operational projects. Support internal communications, documentation, and operational deliverables across key stakeholders and departments. Ensure governance and compliance by managing the company's Business Information Security Officer (BISO) responsibilities and CRM Data Stewardship. Assist in digital product and platform rollouts through testing, structured feedback, and post-launch support. Assist in the execution and planning of key brand events, media engagements, and customer-facing activations. And any other reasonable assigned tasks.
Qualifikationen
Qualifications:




Degree or minimum diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Management, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in business support, event coordination, or internal operations. Experience in dealing with and engaging with multiple internal and external stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle parallel responsibilities. Excellent interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of MS Office applications. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to supporting teams. Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and a willingness to learn internal business systems. Basic understanding of governance requirements and data security practices. Collaborative and proactive team player with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously. Clear and concise communicator, comfortable liaising across levels and departments. Ability to work in an international and intercultural context.
